The Council is headed by the [demon](Demons.md) Queen [[Lilith]], and consists of the [[Lamia]] [[Agrat]], the [Vampire](The%20Nine%20Realms/9.%20Lustuia/Creatures/Vampires.md) [[Eisheth]], the [[Baaphom]] [[Naamah]], and [[Lilith]]’s pet, the [Watcher](Watchers.md) [[Samael]].
